This location of Pizza Hut is very bad terrible communication and the price always changes all the time and service is lousy and walking. It’s very dirty. I would invite anybody to order pizza from this location in Grimsby or anything bad experience all the way through.
Ordered 2 personal sized pizza with the wing bites. We ordered both with cup char pep. Both did not come with the pepp…. Poorly sauced bites & undercooked. Not sure how you fumble a VERY basic pizza topping.
Interesting location to drive up to do a pickup. I like the hard urban edge at the intersection and the parking off either street. There's a second food operator who's entry is from the corner to both the street and to parking area. You can access Pizza Hut from this also. The majority of the parking is right at the side street entrance. There is a sole use entry to this from the main street side. There really isn't seating to consume your meal.
Terrible toppings very sparce burnt cheese, garlic bread with cheese very overpriced for 2 pieces. Pizza hut used to be the best pizza around but now its not worth the money stay away
When Pizza Hut is good, it's really good, but the inconsistency is incredibly disappointing and their response when you call them out on it is laughable and wildly disrespectful. I received a pizza with next to no cheese on it, when that was one of only two toppings ordered. When I called to report the issue the person on the phone told me the pizza was actually fine (I'm looking right at it sir and I'm telling you it's not), but they would send another one anyway to exchange it... I waited for several hours and the pizza just never came.. and the location was closed before I realized it. Lied to my face. I'm still in shock that that was the course of action decided on by a customer-centric business. Pizza Hut has always been a bit of a treat, because it is SO overpriced for what you actually get, but when the pizza is bad and the customer service is worse, why even bother? Last time for me.
Won't be going to this location again. Pizza and breadsticks were burned, very disappointed. While everything was replaced, I shouldn't have had to go back.
We ordered a pizza in a snow storm and when the delivery service cancelled, the store manager delivered it to us. Absolutely unbelievable customer service and staff at this location.
