My boyfriend and I stopped here to grab a quick and what we thought would be cheap bite to eat. Considering we both ordered one slice each and a can of pop $20 seems way to much. Maybe they think that because they gave us 2 slices each that the price is justified. I don't know. I do know that we order one slice each because we were going for cheap tonight. If I wanted to spend that much I would have ordered a whole pizza. So although the service was actually great..the staff was awesome...and they were quick and efficient...I left feeling irritated..like I was forced to spend money because it's only $20 right? Who wants to be the person making a big deal about that?
I had an issue with the online ordering. I call in and Cole answered my call and he was amazing he fixed my order right away and showed genuine concern for my problem. I have been going here once a month for years and to hear an experience how much they appreciate that I will definitely keep doing so. Cole is awesome and deserves genuine recognition and more. I had an incredible experience at Gino’s Pizza in Grimsby. I ordered two medium pizzas, loaded with pepperoni, bacon, and hot sausage, along with garlic bread topped with cheese. Everything was hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The crust was perfectly cooked, and the toppings were generous and delicious. The cheesy garlic bread was also a standout—gooey, savory, and the perfect complement to the pizza. Friendly servers and quick delivery made the experience even better. I highly recommend Gino’s Pizza to anyone looking for an awesome pizza night in Grimsby.
I live around corner. Walked over other day for a couple pick up pepperoni pizzas. Had the boys working at my place. Thanks. Also delicious next day for breakfast when I found it in fridge
Always go to this Gino's best one in Ontario had a great experience with Cole who was working the front he was very helpful and was very engaged with my kids chatting about sports and favorite snacks. Will continue to come back for the service and the pizza.
Gone downhill fast. We used to love Ginos, it would arrive fast and hot. Last several times service had gone way down. Today it was 70 minutes until delivery (no warning of delay), I even called customer service after an hour which was no help, and when it arrived it arrived cold. Called customer service which frankly was useless, I regret pre-leaving a tip. Sadly this will be our last order from Gino’s. Disappointed!
First off, The bearded gentlemen at the front was the sweetest, so polite and helpful. Please let the gentleman know! :) Secondly, the pizza was incredible! 10/10, perfect amount of sauce and just great til the last bite! Not being from grimsby and having this be the very first pizza place I tried here and it being so incredible really leaves a great lasting impression! You will be seeing me again that’s for sure! :)
