The staff was super nice and very friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. But for a newer hotel it did have some older hotel plumbing issues but the staff handled it all very quickly. The banquet area is lovely as well as the grand stair case, definitely a place to go for wedding photos. Borgie's was nice and the food was hot and within a good amount of time. All and all would stay again.
This hotel was very clean and the staff were great. The hotel lobby restaurant was very good and the prices were reasonable. We had akingsize bed and the rest of the room was spacious enough to have friends in for drinks.
The hotel has a very beautiful view of the lake Ontario. The hotel room is clean and in a quiet location. The food is okay. The location is quite convenient to close the Niagara Fall. I would say l am highly recommend Casablanca Winery Inn for anyone who visit around the place.
We visited this location for possible venue. It's an older place but seems to be well maintained. Our observation for service wise was definitely good. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. Would have no issues recommending them for a night/weekend stay
Beautiful night. We went for a birthday dinner and were very pleased. The food is wonderful, staff was very attentive and the view was amazing. Nice live entertainment and the prices were very reasonable.
