The Vets and support staff here are very kind and truly care about your furry family member. They have taken care of our guinea pigs, cats and dogs through good times and sad times, with great knowledge and compassion. We can think of no better place to bring our newest family member, our puppy Harley! If i could give more then 5 stars I would!
Our family has been involved with this wonderful clinic since the late 1980s. Dr Davis was the first vet we saw with our Doberman pup. When she was 8, she had a severe disc problem with her neck. Dr Davis sent us up to Guelph which gave us another 3 years with our baby. Next came our Alaskan Malamute. At the age of 4 she tore a tendon in her leg and had surgery. Dr Davis was constantly on the phone with us checking her progress after she was released home, later to be looked after by Dr Peters. When the time came to put our babies to sleep we were treated with such kindness and compassion. For the past few years Dr Peters has been a rock for us. Our 17 year old cat was diagnosed with diabetes about 4 years ago. She taught us all about this disease and how to give insulin shots ourselves and how to monitor this disease. Dr Peters is forever checking in with us with calls and e-mails to see how we all are. I must also acknowledge Dr Cline who has stepped in for Dr Peters helping us through a very difficult time. Last but certainly not least the staff. These front office ladies and techs are the kindest and most efficient women I have ever met. They never have to ask your name when you pop in or your last name when you call. They just know you! They care and its not just because its their job. I would highly recommend Grimsby Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their pets
Grimsby Animal Hospital is the best place to take your pets, they are caring and loving people and treat your pets with the highest respect. The doctors are fantastic and staff are wonderful. We been going there for any years and trust them with our dog and now my son brings his dog there too. We highly recommend this place to very one.
This place is the best ! The vets and all of the staff truly care. I bring my ratties to see Dr Peter's and she treats them like her own. I highly recommend this place !
