Rita was great to work with - very responsive and very flexible. We needed to go from a large unit to a small one and she made this happen really quickly and efficiently. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Clean and secure. Lots of units of various sizes. Owner/operators are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to store stuff or rent a U-Haul.
I found Vaultra- Self Storage to be the perfect solution to our storage and moving process. Our storage unit was clean, dry , spacious and climate-controlled. It was also the best storage price in our area. The Site Manager, Rita Smith, is an excellent customer service representative who was most helpful throughout our move. I have recently rented a unit from Vaultra in Grimsby. The new owners and staff are beyond INCREDIBLE!!! They not only exceeded my expectations but have shown me the real reason I live in a small town. The personal attention to detail and my needs were incredible. They go above and beyond to help someone out! That and the cleanliness of the unit were wonderful! The 24 hour coded access was an additional perk of renting the unit! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to speak with them and use their facilities!
Amazing service! Rita is so very kind and caring. Even when I called to cancel my service because I was moving into my new house, she was just as excited for me as I was! I've received not only professional services at an affordable price, but also courteous and fair service as well. It was nice to be able to come and go as I pleased.
