Fresh, Fast, and Friendly!" I had a great experience at Mr. Sub! The staff Rashpinder was friendly and made my sub exactly how I wanted it — I also appreciated the effort she took to get my order ready the way i wanted it . Definitely a great spot if craving a quality sub!
This is the only Mr Sub location I will get my subs. The buns and vegetables are always fresh and everyone who works there is always so friendly and happy! Keep up the great work and most importantly the great quality.
Hands down the best subs in grimsby! Faiyaz really knows how to make a sub and isnt stingy on the toppings. Everything is beyond fresh and delicious. This is now my go to for subs I wont ever go to another subway again! It also helps that the staff is always friendly and courteous!
This Mr Sub is amazing. I ask the man working there if they had pineapple. He said no but we can get you some. I was amazed by the wonderful customer service. He went out of his way to get a topping he normally doesn't carry so I could have it for my sub. The sub was fantastic!!!! Lots of toppings, & great value for our money. Thank you so very much for the amazing customer service and fantastic sub!!!
Out of plain bread at dinner time. But employee offered to put odd pieces of whole wheat together to make something. Not a decent sub shop left in Grimsby.
The restaurant ran low on bread and when asked to cut a 12" sub in half to make a 6" sub for my younger son they refused. More focused on making the last 12" sale instead of a happy customer. The restaurant supplies are not properly managed and it's obvious that the profitability takes precedence over good fresh product to choose from. This was early in the dinner hour.
