The Knighton real estate team sold my house with team effort. They keep in touch before and after every weekend. One always knows through communication the status of your house on the market.They are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.Myself and my family would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Completely disagree with the "best in the business" post. My experience with this company and with tracking the market in the area myself is that they under value and list homes WAY lower then fair market value. They try to use pressure tactics to get you to list you home, not only before you are ready, but also for far less then the correct value of your home. Seems to me they are only looking out for themselves and not the homeowner, buy trying to just get the quick sale. They leave 10's of thousands of dollars on the table, therefore having a negative effect on the market value of the surrounding area. I have seen homes listed for $30 000 - $75 000 below market value, and living in the area it is VERY frustrating seeing this. Our homes are our biggest investment and should be priced fairly for the owners, rather then for the realtor to just make a quick sale. I ask this realtor to stop low balling home owners in the area, and start pricing homes as they should be.Shocker.........this agency has no action or reviews for months, then gets one negative review and within hours has two positive, 5 star, reviews in response. Obviously it was family, friends or co-workers as they only have 1 review each. Do not trust this agency and please, if your going to sell, get a second and third opinion before settling on this low class agency that only cares about them selves and not about the growth and prosperity of the place we call home. Winona and Stoney Creek deserve better!!!
