I purchased a Bering watch from Harmony Jewellers several years ago and brought the watch in to be repaired. Like most of the purchases I make I tend to lose my receipt. I was quite happy to pay and have it repaired. When I came to pick up the watch I was informed that Chris had sent it in to the manufacturer and had the watch fixed at no expense. I am very pleased with the customer service and the extra effort made. I am sure my wife will be happy to hear that I will definitely come to shop in the future.
Diane BenoitI used to go to Harmony Jewellers when they were in Dunnville. That was 18 years ago. We since moved to the Eastern Townships in QC. I sent them several things by mail, to be repaired and to make a custom made ring from a lapis lazuli tie tack that my husband no longer used. The ring that they made for me was breath taking and beautiful. The work that they did was magnificent. Every one there is very friendly and so reliable and thorough. I will not deal with any other jeweller again as I have never dealt with a jewellery place this dedicated and trustworthy.Thanks everyone at Harmony Jewellers!
