I love the hot lunches at SRH and buy them for my family most weeks. They are delicious, healthy, and freshly made. The portions are generous, allowing more than one meal for all but the hungriest of us. I buy them at lunch but we usually eat them for supper. We’ve tried the chicken, beef, and chickpea plates. Each of those comes with roasted potatoes, salad, and a generous serving of rice. Pictured is the chicken plate. I especially appreciate that some of their meals gluten- and dairy-free. It’s best to call ahead if you are ordering multiple meals in order to give them time to cook the food! I also buy a lot of our supplements here. Friendly and helpful staff.
I am very grateful for this hidden gem in our quaint town of Grimsby. They are a very knowledgeable staff, and they are always willing to share their expertise, and they spend lots of time with their customers.

SRH is my go to, not only for my supplements, but also the sharing of knowledge. Great people to listen to and to listen to you. Always wanting to let you know that you are correct in what you know and picking up on things you are missing to make supplements work better. I go to the one on Barton Street in Hamilton myself, but it doesn’t matter the location you choose, you get the answers to what you need. Also they have larger bottles of iron and calcium/magnesium. This is my go-to local health store. The staff are always soooo helpful, accomadating and kind and I have made great progress with Dr. Ehab on my chronic headaches. If you don't see something you need on their website, just call - they are often more than willing to bring product in as well! Would recammend!
I like going to SRH because the staff is helpful and it’s small enough to get that small town feel yet big enough to offer such a variety of healthy products.
