This was my first time going to Urban Cravings and it was delicious! I only got a smoothie but still, it was amazing. They had so many varieties of bowls and smoothies, but also had the description of what’s in them beside it which made my selection super easy! My friends and I all got different items and everyone was raving about their order. I would definitely recommend Urban Craving to anyone in the area or passing through!
We live close by and stop in a few times a week. It’s always fresh, consistent, and delicious. The power bowls and smoothies are our absolute favorite — healthy without sacrificing flavor. The staff are efficient and keep things running smoothly, which makes it an easy and reliable go-to spot for vegan and gluten-free options!
I gave 3 stars for food because I have probably had more than 10 bowls from this place that were good but lately I have had issues with my last two orders. The first issue was getting home and finding NONE of my extras were in my bowl like chicken (super important) and beets and nuts etc. Ok I called. They apologized and said you can have a free bowl next time you come in. About a month later we ordered a salad and a bowl. Got home and discovered the salad had not been made as described missing pumpkins seeds and sunflower seeds. The goats cheese was hardly there for that price I was surprised. Called and told them how disappointed I was in their recent service and whomever was making these needed to pay more attention. I said I was not calling to get something in return but that the manager/owner needed to step up with their service.
Our experience was pretty standard until they gave me my take out bag that they had personally decorated!!! I just loved the enthusiasm and creativity. It really added a lovely touch!
I workout 3 times a week. Sometimes after the Gym a small salad goes the trick with a protein added. I can never finish an order. So I take it home for dinner..My friends introduced me to Urban Craving its Healthy food
Felt like we were bothering the staff with our business. There were 5 or 6 of them tripping over each other, but it still took ages to spoon ingredients into a bowl. And then my bowl was missing ingredients. Like, you had one job… yes, I’m salty she forgot the avocado.
I seriously wish this mini chain would expand to Hamilton because I'd eat there very regularly. I absolutely LOVE heading to Niagara because I always incorporate a stop here for the BEST, FRESHEST, MOST DELISH salads you'll ever eat. They have a lot of menu options, I'm just obsessed with their salads lol. It's a must try.
