SO COLD! I came here while visiting family and it was like I stepped into a freezer. It's winter I want to get out of the cold not shop in it. I don't even think this is legal for the employees to work in either!
I always have a great experience shopping at the Grimsby Ontario store 115. The staff is always very polite knowledgeable and helpful. The other day Sherri was extremely helpful and efficient. I couldn’t believe how kind she was to an elderly couple before me as well. They said they were regulars at the store. They were having difficulty remembering the prices and asking a lot of questions. Sherri was extremely patient with them them and she also suggested food that they might like. They ended up being very happy and buying a lot. It made my shopping experience very nice seeing how she treated them and myself. I will continue to shop more st this store.
I am always so pleased with my experience when I go into this store! I have dealt with 3-4 different associates and each one was super friendly and helpful. I like that they ask if I need help but don’t keep bothering me while I browse. They have also gone out of their way to find products me. So far…. I will be a forever customer!
Super clean and organised store. Great selection of proteins, veggies, appetisers and sauces. Good prices and email deals. The owners and their son are above and beyond amazing and helpful.
Love this store...always friendly staff and very good about a clean atmosphere and covid regulations. I frequent M&M's...and you MUST try the keylime pie! Sooooo good!
