i wish i could give 0Star , Rude customer service, they treat you like a thief, although you literally paid for it and i have the receipts, MANAGER/ OWNER- Please respond ASAP

Unreasonable employees working here. Not coming back here. I came on my bicycle since I live near by and only grabbed $20 thinking I can go for an easy purchase, but no I need ID. I am 31 years old and I cannot buy tobacco papers at a gas station! I need to be identified! Even in LCBO when you look over a certain age they do not ID you and I definitely look over 25! I am not buying alcohol or cigarettes, I am buying a paper product. Terrible customer service of this employee on Oct 2, 2024 9:30pm. The employee here run customers out, instead of doing simple transaction.

Horrible customer service - went in April 28th in the evening and had just the worst experience. The guy working the cash clearly doesn't want customers - very rude and combative. Find another station.

Had a flat tire and my phone had died so I went in to ask for help finding the nearest mechanic. It was a Sunday so I wasnt sure what would be open for mechanics but the cashier told me that the only open mechanics were a friend of his in stoney creek, a bit of a drive on a flat. He told me to make sure to mention his name. Im new to the area but on the way to stoney creek like 2 minutes from this gas station there was a Canadian Tire that switched over my tire in minutes. These guys are not to be trusted.

Great staff especially Ramy, very friendly guy, always helpful, efficient employee, works his hardest to satisfy customers. Overall very friendly staff, I never had any problems with them. I recommend going there
