Always a pleasure to visit! Thursday evenings in the summer are our favorite! Great vendors and great way to bring together a community! Hope it continues for many years!!
Love the (Grimsby) farmers market. However, extremely disappointed today though as I purchased spread from August Restaurants stand, and the bread was definitely old. When you purchasing product at seven dollars for a loaf of bread, you expected to at least be fresh. I hope the market organizers read this and react and pass this information on.
Love this market. They are a two min walk from my office. When i can, i stop here for treats after lunch or to buy some groceries on my way home. Nice people run their businesses here
Fresh produce, fresh meat, all locally grown and cared for. Eat better and support the Canadian community! Also has food grilled up to eat, artisanal take aways, music, etc. Feels nice and tastes great every Thursday night!
A fantastic example of local community coming together. Truly something that should happen in a small town. Come out and see great venders, listen to some live music, tour a fire truck and visit the downtown Grimsby shops! Wonderful people and a fantastic atmosphere. Fun for the whole family (pets included).
What a lovely market vibe! Super friendly and helpful purveyors with a great selection and tons of options. Parking can be tricky but I found a spot in the Giant Tiger lot and bought something there also.
HUGE selection of amazing produce, artisan products, and handcrafted items. Not to mention all the delicious ready to eat options available: sausages, peirogies, empanadas, PIZZA, pies and more. Or hangout on the patio at one of the local businesses and just enjoy the vibe. Thursday is definately the day to be in Grimsby.
