She did not come off as a pushy sales person - she had a natural warmth and charisma about her and she instantly felt like a friend. She worked very hard to go above and beyond in providing me answers to my detailed questions and was able to be objective about it which made it easier for me to purchase the vehicle - highly recommend her - this dealership and others should model their sales associates after her - thank you so much Francine and thanks to Grimsby Hyundai for having her on your staff! You asked me to reach out to your service manager. But he is not ready to talk to me after I caught price gouging at your service place. I asked for the quote over the phone and when I was invoiced, price is completely different. When I asked about this, he said I am not trusting them!!! Seriously!!!! Never talked to any of their employees with disrespect or loud voice. Still he feels like I am creating ruckus. Asking questions on the services that you do is our right. We need to know what’s going on. It’s not the question on trust.

Her team provides excellent, courteous and timely service. She is very good at following up also to ensure we are satisfied with the work performed.
