Incredibly disappointed with this dealership and feel completely taken advantage of. It should have been a giant red flag when I get a call before I had even picked up the vehicle that upon test drive, they got a massive stone chip in the windshield. Instead of them replacing the windshield, they just filled it. 3 weeks after that, my marker lights wouldn't turn off. Brought the car back to the dealership after speaker with the salesman and he said he advised them that the car was coming back. Get the car there and then they say sorry, there's nothing we can do. Took my husband to figure it out. Now, after taking my car in for service, I need to do the breaks which should have been done at safety and I have to replace 2 tires. I have only had this vehicle since December. I have never been so mad. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN OR SEND ANYONE HERE EVER.
Will tell you that you 100% have a vehicle and then pull it out from under your feet. They do not work with all credit types. Will destroy your credit rating
Kyle was absolutely perfect in helping me get the vehicle I wanted, he was very straight forward, didn’t push for me to make certain decisions, meaning he gave me full control on every choice available and didn’t peer pressure me into anything. He was funny and made me feel very comfortable with him right away. He answered every and all questions I had not to mention he always answered within minutes! When my Sportage came in, I told him I’m very excited and he showed excitement with me! All around Kyle made buying a car the easiest, most fun, and most simplest experience ever! And I’m only 23 buying my first brand new vehicle, I was confused and lost when looking into buying, he made everything clear and very understandable for me! I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

They offer incentives for positive reviews. Ignore them. They are scam artists. Claimed my car was in a minor accident only because that claim was $0. Turns out that means it was a severe accident and written off completely. Avoid at all costs. Adds a $2,000 useless warranty without telling you.
