When our 10 year old car started to act up at the beginning of our 7hr drive home, Victoria and Carlo were gracious enough to fit us in and personally examine our car to make sure we made it home safely. They literally saved us time, money, worry all the while treating us like regular customers!!! I can’t say enough about this place!! Carlo is the best!! I had an oil leak, he fit me in when he was really busy and still took his time. He doesn’t price gouge you and is honest about the work. The complimentary mint left in the car, is a nice detail as well!
On July 07 I took my 2010 Ford Exp. in and left it with Carlo to establish where the loud noise was coming from when accelerating within two hours received a call that the truck was ready. When it came time to pay Victoria in the office stated NO CHARGE she stated it was a quick fix and explained the issue. Where can you go and get quick honest service today like this. I have had my truck serviced there for over twenty years and you definitely can't beat the honest and great service you receive. I recommend anyone looking for a great and honest shop go to Master Mechanic in Grimsby and I guarantee you will be completely satisfied.

I wouldn’t return. Can tell they are from Toronto and not a small town They were fine as wine to me until I found the part I needed for cheaper. Like 300 dollars cheaper. The second I asked if I could get the part and have them install it they wouldn’t return any calls or texts. Not a small town place or feel. Clearly want to take advantage of you on the price for parts. Especially when they get a discount on parts yet still charge the customer the full price. Will never be back nor say any kind words about them ..
I wasn't happy with my local mechanic so thought I'd try this place after a friend recommended it and my car wouldn't start. I paid for repairs then had car trouble again a few days later. Called them up and they were able to find the problem and fix it again without billing me a second time. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations and was very happy with the service and price. The mechanics also took the time to explain everything to me. I understood what was wrong and exactly what I was paying for. If you're someone who is unsure about cars and feels stressed or intimidated when getting service, don't worry they will take good care of you. Great family business.
Great people here. Carlo and Victoria are fantastic. They won't try and sell you on any work that doesn't need to be done. They're very helpful and never make me feel stupid for not knowing a ton about cars. A honest mechanic shop is worth several bars of gold. A+ service and customer care.
